I thought I would share what I found out about the wiper spindle's bushes.
Outer Wiper Spindle Bush/Seal:-
Inner Diameter: 16 mm
Outer Diameter: 24 mm
Height: 8 mm
Inner Wiper Spindle Bush:-
Inner Diameter: 16 mm
Outer Diameter: 24 mm
Height: 8 mm
Anyway, as I found out that I could not get the original bushes anymore, I had to do some digging around on eBay and Grommets limited (they are currently closed until 6th Jan 2014).
Outer wiper spindle bush nearest equivalent (eBay):-
