New Blue's Travels Empty
PostSubject: New Blue's Travels    New Blue's Travels EmptyWed Mar 27, 2013 6:20 am

Well it's been in my head for a bit now so decided that I will drive New Blue over the Millau Viaduct in France. I will be taking a different route there though as I will be going across to Holland then driving down though Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy then into the South of France to come up over the bridge and then driver under it for pictures. I may just before hand drop into Spain as we will be close to the border. New Blue is now under going a total rebuild ready for the trip and I was wondering if any one would like to join me with there car. I am planning on two weeks with some extra days in some set locations for site seeing. Cost should be around £1500 for the trip and I am planning on camping. The date that I am looking at is September after Tamworth so that fees are a lot cheaper both in the crossing and camping.

Yep she will Adam been de-laid in starting her but I have brought most of the items for her and I need to do the head gasket on the engine for New Blue and then start the rebuild. She is stripped down now though when I have to get the big bike in the shed the parts in the way ended up in New Blue so now I have to move them to the garage then work shall start.

It sounds like fun, Geoff.  It's a pity I'm too old for doing such long runs and camping out but I wish you all success with your latest venture.
